CFO in Suhenko B.V., FOP

We are a Ukrainian online store specializing in retail trade in goods from China. Our large team works every day so that every consumer in Ukraine can easily find and get the necessary and interesting products. Every month we process more than 70 thousand orders, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. We strive to provide the best service and meet the needs of our customers.

We are currently looking for a CFO to join our team. 

What is important to us in a candidate:

• Work experience in E-commerce and Retail companies;
• Building skills management and accounting;
• Ability to build optimal business processes;
• A confident user of 1C (to be able to compile detailed technical specifications for 1C developers and programmers)
• Experience personnel management;

Main tasks:

• Setting up and monthly accounting of the following reports: profit and loss (P&L), movement cash flow, company balance;
• Maintenance of management and accounting;
• Participation in the development of the employee motivation system;
• Analysis of company expenses, providing recommendations regarding cost optimization for owners;
• Personnel management (5-7 people).

We offer:

< li>Salary in the amount of UAH 60,000 - 80,000;
• Hybrid work schedule. A few days in the office, not far from the railway station. Olimpiyska, a few days in any place convenient for you (after the adaptation period);
