Responsibilities:

• Management and financial reporting.
• Annual budget preparation.
• Development and monitoring of budgets, and compliance control.

• Risk management

• Financial support of investment projects.

Requirements: 

• Higher education (finances, accounting and auditing).
• Experience of working in agricultural companies as a Financial Director from 3 years. 
• Proven experience in building management reporting.
• Knowledge of P&L/CF/balance sheet. 
• Experience with budgeting, managing financial flows.
• High skills in the analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
• Analytical mindset, attentiveness when working with numbers and reports. 
• Experience with process automation and accounting systems.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, tax legislation, accounting and tax accounting. 
• Experience of working with banks, foreign currency exchange.
