Basic requirements:

• Complete university economic education.

• Work experience in a similar position from 3 years.

• Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.

• Experience in management accounting (knowledge basic forms: BS, P&L, CF and the essence of managerial financial reporting), financial analysis, budgeting and financial management.

• Work experience in 1C7, 1C8 (accounting and management accounting), M.E.Doc. >

• Confident user of Excel, Power Point (ability to use basic and logical functions, work with large ranges of data, summary tables, charts, preparation of presentations).

• Responsibility, attention to details, analytical composition intelligence, sociability, decency, punctuality.

Additional advantages:

• Practical experience in drawing up and implementing the company's motivational policy;

• Knowledge of tax planning.

• Ability to work with Power Query and Power BI.


Main responsibilities:< /strong>

  1. Management and control of the payment process;
  2. Control of receivables and payables of counterparties;
  3. Management of the budgeting process at the enterprise: preparation of data for development standards and target indicators for planning, drawing up operating budgets of income and expenses and basic forms of budgets (BS, P&L, CF), coordination with the management company;
  4. Execution of management accounting and reporting functions: management financial accounting in 1C, drawing up the main and additional management reports with details according to the TFS with the subsequent submission of reports in the established forms to the management company in accordance with the approved Regulations;
  5. Preparation of presentations of planned and actual activity indicators;
  6. Conducting plan-factual and factor analysis of the results of the enterprise, analysis of deviations from the plan and dynamics in comparison with previous periods, providing recommendations for improving financial
  7. Conducting an audit of transactions in the 1C database, identifying inconsistencies/incorrect transactions and their correction, informing the SB of the enterprise about unauthorized transactions if they are detected;
  8. Compiling and implementing the enterprise's motivational policy;
  9. li>Calculation of the management cost of services according to the established form;
  10. Calculation of commission fees to counterparties;
  11. Management of the company's accounting, control of the implementation of tax legislation; 
  12. Organization and coordination of work with partners (FOPs);
  13. Cooperation with banking institutions: drawing up and providing the necessary reporting forms (transcriptions by financial accounting articles, questionnaires and other necessary information);< /li>
  14. Compilation of feasibility studies of new business directions and their impact on the approved business plan;
  15. Implementation of new accounting systems, participation in improving existing ones at the request of the management company;
  16. Interaction with by the management company to provide advice and additional information on the status of key issues of the enterprise and the implementation of changes in financial management at the enterprise.
