What will you do:

• Development and approval of the Company's financial policy;
• Financial business planning;
• Maximum automation of accounting based on 1C and ERP systems;
• Management and control of cash flows;
• Preparation of monthly management reports;
• Analysis of financial and economic activity, reduction of financial risks of the company;
• Evaluation of the economic efficiency of projects;

• Planning and coordination of the company's financial operations;
• Distribution of financial resources and determination of the effectiveness of financial flows;
• Maximization of profit at an acceptable level of risk;
• Organization and control of budget control;
• Control of implementation of financial plans, adjustment of budgets;
• Formation of the company's tax policy, tax planning;
• Evaluation of investment projects, preparation of financial models;
• Participate in the organization and conduct of the company's internal audit;

If you have:

• Experience of working as a financial director for 5 years or more;
• Experience of working in large structural companies;
• Experience of automation of management accounting, excellent understanding financial planning and analysis;
• Experience of working with large amounts of information in multitasking mode;
• Experience of using 1C: Enterprise, 8.3 (BIT) and MC Excel at the level of an experienced user;

• CIMA, CFA, ACCA certificates will be an advantage.
