Basic requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
• Work experience in the position of financial director or a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Ability to work with financial instruments and programs;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to quickly plan cash flow and set limits;
• Ability effectively interact with external audit and control bodies;
• Ability to automate production processes.

• High responsibility, result-oriented and ability to make decisions;
• Ability to think strategically and assess the company's development prospects;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Ability to prioritize and plan for the week, month, quarter and year;
• High skills in team management, delegation and communication .

Mainresponsibilities:

• Financial accounting and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting;
• Development and implementation of financial planning and budget control strategies;
• Management of the finance department, including staff training and development.
• Analysis of financial data to identify potential exits ways to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of operations.
• Participation in internal and external audits, as well as in work with financial regulators and agencies.
• Development and implementation of strategies to optimize tax payments and minimize tax risks.
• Management of financial relations with banks and other financial institutions.
