CFO in Rail Staff Solution

A Ukrainian IT company that creates devices, software and is a provider of services for the full outsourcing of business operations is currently looking for a Financial Director

< strong>Key tasks:

• Ensuring general management of the financial function of the company (accounting, treasury, tax and management accounting)
• Organizing accounting processes and providing financial information for management decisions
• Minimization of tax risks and management of the tax burden• Management of financial resources and assets for their effective use
• Establishment of an effective management reporting system
• Planning and forecasting of financial indicators and participation in strategic planning

Basic requirements and professional skills:

• Full higher economic and/or financial education
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years (in foreign and Ukrainian companies)
• Knowledge of tax accounting and management accounting
  International certification in the field of accounting/finance (ACCA , CPA, etc.) (desirable)
• Experience in building and automating management and accounting
• Experience in passing external audits
