Financial Director in VAL, OOO

Machine-building company LLC "VAL", which manufactures metal structures and non-standard equipment, is looking for an employee in the team for the position of financial director. Requirements: Work experience of 3 years in manufacturing companies; Higher education (economics, finance, audit); , tax and management accounting; Financial and tax planning, preparation of consolidated reporting; Automation of accounting and financial functions in 1C; Development and implementation of tax optimization systems within the framework of legislation; High computer literacy, knowledge of Excel programs, 1C. Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS); Knowledge methods of product costing and pricing. Practical experience in personnel management (management of a team of at least 5 people). Experience in working with orders from budget institutions (preferred). Responsibilities: Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy. Organization of management reporting; Management of enterprise assets; Interaction with banks, auditing companies and other financial partners; Improvement and optimization of business processes in the company; Preparation of consolidated financial statements (P&L, CF, Balance); Making quick management decisions to improve the company's economic indicators. Control of the correct application of the norms of material and labor resources to the products and services produced. Direct subordinates — Chief accountant, economist. Functional duties: Organization and control of the work of the financial and economic direction of the company; Development and implementation of accounting accounting policies , tax and management accounting; Budgeting (BRGC, DB and BR, payment calendar), control and preparation of financial reporting processes; Cash and working capital management; Development of measures to optimize the use of resources (tax planning, income control and financial support (including h credit)); Preparation of management reporting. Development of personnel motivation systems and organization of production process standardization systems.
