Weare looking for adetail-oriented Financial Controller tojoin our team. You will beresponsible for various tasks, including ensuring accurate financial records, risk identification and mitigation, payments reconciliation with key suppliers and partners, and ad-hoc reports tosenior management. Your role will involve monitoring payment schedules and providing valuable insights tosupport financial operations. The ideal candidate should have astrong background infinance, exceptional analytical skills, and asolid understanding offinancial principles and practices. The position offers acompelling opportunity toimpact the company’s results directly. You will work closely with top management, collaborating onstrategic decisions and initiatives. This position also allows you totake ownership and responsibility for critical aspects ofour financial operations, allowing you tocontribute significantly tothe company’s success. What will youdo: Control the correctness ofreporting processes and results: Conduct periodical manual recalculation ofkey reporting items tocreate acontrolling environment toidentify possible mistakes. Risk Control Participation: Participate inthe company’s risk control system development and monitor compliance with the risk matrix. Payment Control: Reconcile received invoices against expense records inthe company’s financial systems. Maintain apayment calendar for key suppliers, track outgoing and incoming payments, monitor payment deadlines, and ensure timely payments. Subscription Management: Create and manage the list ofsubscriptions, collaborating with Operations and Development Operations tooptimize subscriptions. Oversee and control subscription costs. What doyou need tojoinus: 1–2 years ofwork experience asaFinancial Controller orsimilar role isaplus. Strong understanding offinancial principles, accounting standards, and analysis. Proficient infinancial software and MSOffice applications, with advanced Excel skills. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent attention todetails and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior. Upper-intermediate orhigher English level.
