In addition, we dedicate a lot of our time to creating a robust Orchestration Platform for IoT applications. We're a diverse, multicultural, and inclusive team that is constantly evolving and expanding, and we're looking for a Financial Controller. The person hired for this position will play a crucial role in coordinating financial and operational activities in our company and will also work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Office Manager.

How we work and what you get:

This is a full-time position in a hybrid work model. Our main HQ is based in Warsaw. During the onboarding process you will work from the office every day, and after the trial period you will have an opportunity to choose a choose a hybrid model (working from home once a week). 

We offer two types of contracts (preferred B2B or UoP, based on your preferences). On top of a contract's usual salary and benefits, you will have access to private healthcare and a Multisport card, after trial period.

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience:  Min. 3 years  experience in a controlling or finance department, working in an independent role .
  • Managment:  Financial projects and initiatives managment experience. Coordination of external accounting firms or services.
  • Industry: Experience in the IT industry is preferred. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel: Advanced knowledge, including reporting , complex functions and  data analysis.
  • ERP Systems:  Experience with ERP systems, particularly enova365 and Saldeo , is preferred.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Proven experience with reporting to stakeholders. Familiarity with Power BI tools is desirable.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Higher education: Currently pursuing or completed master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Polish : Fluent in Polish .
  • English : Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
