Knowledge and experience that our candidate should possess: higher education (finance, economics, accounting, auditing); experience as a financial analyst/controller and/or economist will be an advantage; knowledge of the basic principles of IFRS; knowledge of international and national accounting standards; high level mastery of MS Excel and other MS Office applications; skills in working with large amounts of information in Excel, their processing and the formation of consolidated analytical tables; knowledge of SAP is welcome; systems thinking and analytical abilities, initiative, communication skills, honesty, reliability, flexibility in work and skills to resolve conflict situations, the ability to clearly set priorities; knowledge of the English language from level B2. Main duties: coordination of the organization of the inventory procedure of the remaining goods, summarizing the results of the inventory and presenting them to the management of the company, preparing a report on the results of the inventory; keeping records and controlling the main technical and economic indicators of the enterprise; preparation of monthly management reports on financial and technical and economic indicators of the enterprise; participation in the monthly closing of accounts in SAP and preparation of separate parts of monthly financial statements; participation in cross-functional projects to identify production reserves and determine measures to ensure economy mode, more efficient use of resources, etc.; participation in the project to automate the processes of preparing management reports; participation in the preparation of the annual budget and the 5-year strategic plan of the enterprise; filling the budget model with data in the specified time, analyzing the implementation of the budget and detailing the factors that caused the existing deviations; participation in the improvement of the planned and accounting documentation; participation in the preparation of documents regarding the implementation of SOX controls; preparation of information requests from the central office.
