Main duties: coordination of the organization of the inventory procedure of the remaining goods, summarizing the results of the inventory and presenting them to the management of the company, preparing a report on the results of the inventory; keeping records and controlling the main technical and economic indicators of the enterprise; preparation of monthly management reports on financial and technical and economic indicators of the enterprise; participation in the monthly closing of accounts in SAP and preparation of separate parts of monthly financial statements; participation in cross-functional projects to identify production reserves and determine measures to ensure economy mode, more efficient use of resources, etc.; participation in the project to automate the processes of preparing management reports; participation in the preparation of the annual budget and the 5-year strategic plan of the enterprise; filling the budget model with data in the specified time, analyzing the implementation of the budget and detailing the factors that caused the existing deviations; participation in the improvement of the planned and accounting documentation; participation in the preparation of documents regarding the implementation of SOX controls; preparation of information requests from the central office.
