We are currently looking for a "Financial Controller". Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth; Provide financial recommendations to management based on data analysis and interpretation Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks or opportunities. Budget Management: Prepare, monitor and manage the annual budget; Control and track expenditures within the approved budget; Provide guidance and support to department heads in the effective management of their budgets; Cash flow management: Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs; Manage accounts receivable and payable settlement processes; Implement effective cash flow management strategies to optimize working capital.
