Financial controller in Lugera Ukraine

Role and Responsibilities: Oversee monthly closing procedures; Establish financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring and reporting standards bi-weekly, monthly and annually; OPEX control and analysis, OPEX planning in close collaboration with budget managers; CAPEX project evaluation and post-implementation control followed by FA register maintenance; Business support through the planning and control cycle, including the preparation of the 3-year development plan and annual budgets, as well as reporting on actual results; Development and delivery financial analysis that will add business value and drive OpCo results; Support and promote compliance with corporate policies, especially regarding financial and administrative functions; Implement consistent accounting policies, practices and procedures across OpCo while adhering to national and local legal and corporate standards.
