Financial controller in Promotion

Our client, aninternationalcompany dynamically developing in the field of commercial real estate, is looking for a Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and timely provision of financial management reporting.
• Control of P&L, balance sheet and Cash Flow, analysis of discrepancies with the budget and forecasts with provision comments/analytical notes.
• Preparation of monthly final accruals for the external accounting company, including control over the correct and timely accrual of commissions.
• Oversight of the activities of the external accounting company (quality, timing, accuracy).
• Preparation of the budget and forecasts in accordance with established instructions.
• Contact person of the controlling and consolidation department of the group.
• Coordination of treasury resources.
• Financial modeling and assessment of investment attractiveness.
• Twice a year update of budget indicators until the end of the year for the parent company.
• Quarterly preparation of reports on the results of the group companies.
• Participation in the external audit of the company auditor.

Requirements:

• Full higher education in the field of finance.
• Work experience of at least 3 years (experience in an international company will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of English at the upper intermediate level.
