The Role

We are looking for a  Financial Controller  with at least 3 years of experience, excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, fluent in English, and has basic familiarity with digital currencies—comfortable managing financial operations that involve both fiat and crypto assets, even without deep technical blockchain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the finance team and manage daily accounting operations. 
• Review and approve monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting. 
• Oversee both fiat and crypto-related payment workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. 
• Support the implementation of modern accounting or ERP systems. 
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. 
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting. 
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent a plus). 
• Proficient with financial reporting tools. 
• Basic understanding of digital currencies (eg, Bitcoin, Ethereum) and how they fit into corporate finance operations. 
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
