Financial controller in REHAU

To support our team in Kyiv, we are looking for:

FINANCIAL CONTROL SPECIALIST p>

YOUR TASKS:

• Management accounting and management reporting.
• Analysis of income and expenses (in terms of types of activities, budget, cents and types of expenses, etc.). 
• Support of heads of departments and head office in data analysis.
• Preparation of budgets.
• Analysis and forecasts of liquidity and cash-flow (including by activity areas) .
• Compilation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with corporate accounting standards.
• Compilation and analysis of the financial plan.
• Interaction with suppliers and buyers in the group (analysis of calculations, reconciliation, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Higher education in finance accounting, economics or related field.
• Additional professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA would be an advantage. 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a financial controller, financial analyst or similar role. Experience working in international companies.
• Ability to work with various accounting systems such as SAP and 1C.
• Basic level of SAP and 1C proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel on advanced level, including knowledge of pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with other financial and ERP systems would be an advantage.
• High command of the English language. Knowledge of other European languages ​​(German or Polish) will be a plus.
• High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
