Financial controller in STUDY.UA, Osvitnya kompaniya

We are currently expanding the financial department of the company and are looking for financial controller.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting and management accounting (IFRS will be an advantage)
• Ability to work with large databases (Excel, Google sheets, PowerBI will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of BAS or 1C (formation and analysis of reports, participation in automation)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with budgeting, plan-fact analysis
• Analytical mindset

Responsibilities:

• Control of execution of sales plans by segments, business areas and products
• Control of the average check (prices and discounts given to customers in comparison to the budget)
• Pricing analysis before the start of the season
• Control of receivables and adherence to payment schedules
• Control of KPI performance for bonus calculation of the sales department
• Plan-fact analysis of sales budget implementation
• Factor analysis of deviations from the sales budget
• Support of established units on financial issues
• Participation in budgeting
• Monthly plan-fact reports for budget managers
• Daily control of purchase orders according to internal approval procedures
• Preparation of analytical financial reports
