"Financial controller"

Functional responsibilities:

• management and control of management accounting by areas of enterprise activity;
• control and accounting of mutual settlements between businesses (internal) and external counterparties;
• control of expenses, preparation of detailed reports and preparation of data for P&L in terms of areas of business activity, conducting analysis and explanation of deviations of actual indicators from planned;
• control over the collection, preparation and display of all data to ensure timely and correct closing of the month, quarter, year;
• formation and control of P&L management reporting , CashFlow, Balance Sheet, plan-fact analysis;
• participation in budget formation;
• participation in process automation projects and enterprise accounting in the 1C system;
• maintenance payment calendar;
• operational management of GH balances on accounts;
• loan portfolio maintenance;
• interaction with banks, financial institutions;
• participation in passing internal audits.

 Requirements for the candidate:

• higher economic education (finance, accounting);

• 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of the basics of accounting, enterprise economics, management accounting;
• skills in processing, systematizing and interpreting information;

• experience in drawing up management reports, understanding of financial reporting, report analysis skills;
• advanced user of MS Excel, 1C;
• analytical mindset, attentiveness when working with numbers and reports ;
• experience working with large volumes of data, the ability to structure information and draw conclusions;
• desire to learn the skills of working in a fast-growing business and develop/learn along with it.
