The Foundation is an executive partner of the UNHCR and carries out programs of providing direct legal, humanitarian and psychological assistance in 20 regions of Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights, and also contributes to strengthening the capacities of state bodies of Ukraine to overcome the consequences of migration.

  • Analysis of the financial feasibility of project initiatives.

  • Financial planning and budgeting.

  • Development and analysis of financial plans and project budgets.
  • Providing recommendations on optimizing the use of financial resources.
  • Supporting cost planning in accordance with project goals. style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Consulting on the application of financial and budgetary norms within projectactivity.
  • Ensuring consistency of financial decisions within international technical assistance.

  • Financial support for projects aimed at working with Ukrainians abroad.

  • Providing financial expertise regarding projects to ensure relations with Ukrainians abroad and to facilitate their voluntary return.
  • Preparation of financial certificates, explanatory notes and recommendations.
  • Participation in work meetings and consultations on financial issues within the project.

  • Reporting.

  • Preparation of short meaningful reports about the work performed.
  • Providing financial documentation for program and donor reporting.

    • PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 5 years of experience in the financial and economic sphere.

    • Knowledge of the budget legislation of Ukraine.

      Experience of working with projects financed by international organizations or donors (advantage).

    • Proficiency in the Ukrainian language; a working level of English will be an advantage.

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
