What we will entrust you with: Respond to the challenge of business goals, proposals for inclusion / setting (exhaustiveness of metrics and KR )Monitor implementation, control, check business OKRs Simulate various scenarios of management decisions (on your own and with the involvement of expertise centers (analysts, business CE)) Generate ideas (own and business), pre-research, moderate the process of transition from idea to project Identify risks, potential , evaluate them, adjust processes, involve the necessary team/process moderation expertise to resolve issues aimed at achieving goals, signal the need for action (based on the results of analysis and identified risks), moderate/facilitate/initiate reengineering of existing business processes, participate in building of new business processes Set/develop basic analytics standards from the side of business needs, determine the essence and purpose of the tool, use it to find opportunities to improve business efficiency Organize the work of the FinBP assets team, ensure the fulfillment of tasks. We are happy to invite you to an interview if you: of a year You have at least 2 years of work experience in the position of an analyst in the field of Finance You have experience in MHP ERP, PowerBI, SAP, Excel software (confident user) You have experience in creating reports in Excel and Power BI You have Excel, Power BI, O365 at the level of a confident user Experience work with low-code/no-code solutions, for example with Power Platform English language - B1 and above.
