Purpose:- To coordinate financial activities within assigned markets, covering controlling, outsourced accounting, treasury, tax- To analyze activity in the assigned markets in order to secure that business KPls are met.- To secure the financial/business control in the markets in order to run the business in accordance with local legislation and HQ corporate rules.- Managing and ensuring professional growth of the team through delegating the tasks and providing mentorship and coaching. Main role/ Responsibilities: You will be involved in finance policy implementation and will be responsible for the following areas: Full responsibility for timely and accurate preparation and finalization of all financial statements and processes, Controlling and reporting, including reviewing financial statements prepared by others to ensure they are accurate and complete, Implementing controls procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations, Full ownership over budget preparation, forecasts, Fact Sheet reports and weekly sales reports to ensure high standards of accuracy are in place, Cash/dividends management, Cooperation with external partners such as auditors, tax consultants, lawyers and BPO to ensure corporate and legal requirements, Participation in DSO/Credit management activities, Customers' bonuses accuracy oversight and validation, Develop and implement tools which will help to improve efficiency of the currently existing processes and procedures, Timely operational approvals (emails , Navigator, Ariba, etc.) to fuel the business with the tools required to deliver best results possible, Control accuracy of employees' compensation topics including employees bonus accrual management. You will be involved in Business Partnering and will be responsible for the following areas: Analysis (accurate/timely/meaningful) of general business development including R&O (risks & opportunities). Provision of recommendations to the Business and develop contingency plan to effective risk management. Challenge business for reliability and relevance of the information provided for reporting purposes. Derivation of recommendations for measures and active participation in the Implementation of the measures with the local management team for profitable growth in compliance with all relevant company policies procedures and principles.
