About the team:
On the team fintech RozetkaPay already has more than 200 specialists who are engaged in the development of payment services and other financial products, as well as the launch and support of our solutions on the resources of key partners.
In in connection with the active growth of our fintech direction and the need for clear planning and analysis of work results, there was a need to separate the position of financial analyst. The work in this role will be in a team with the leader of the financial analysis and budgeting department and with the financial director.
It is important for this role:
- work experience as a financial analyst from 1 year
- practical experience in forming and analyzing P&L, Cash Flow
- experience in financial modeling and analysis of large data sets
- high level of mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, functions, construction of graphs/diagrams)
- excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and responsibility
- communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues on work tasks
- focus on problem solving: readiness approach tasks flexibly and quickly find effective solutions when there is no obvious algorithm
- flexibility and adaptability: willingness to work in conditions of active work and frequent changes arising from the rapid development of fintech in Ukraine
Would be an advantage:
- experience with ERP systems
- experience in banking and/or fintech field
Tasks:
- conducting financial analysis of RozetkaPay activities and preparing analytical reports (P&L, Cash Flow and others)
- analysis of financial indicators, budgets, forecasts and profitability of RozetkaPay projects
- building financial models for evaluating business development options
- participation in the preparation of short- and long-term financial forecasts and plans
- monitoring of financial activities and control over the implementation of the budget
- cooperation with other departments of the company to collect and analyze the necessary data< /span>
