We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals ready to inspire, ready to make a difference for their community and every community.Requirements to candidate:University Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy with ACCA (Qualified/Part Qualified);4-5 years of experience (preferably multinational companies) in financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, financial analysis of performance of a company or work in audit/ consulting companies;Pharmaceutical background is an advantage;Advanced MS Office skills required (especially Excel);Good communication skills (including verbal, written and finance specific terminology);Proven analytical abilities and attentiveness to the details;Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environment;Fluent English.Key Responsibilities:Lead /Generate periodic MIS reports (Monthly / Quarterly), Revenue and SG & A analysis of Ukraine and discuss the insights with CH & CFH;Lead Latest Estimate / forecasting process, capture secondary sales & IMS trends to provide insights on market dynamics vis-a-vis internal performance;Tracking the business performance on planned vs actual, root causes analysis, generating actionable insights;Participate in various country reviews and discuss to improve profitability of the Country;Lead internal/external peer benchmarking on a regular basis to track business performance with relation to the competition and the industry;Participate in preparation of annual budgets for the Country in line with corporate guidelines;Track and analyze the Inventory reports and related Provisions of the Country. Discuss with CH & SCM Teams the actions taken to reduce the provisions and write offs;Tracking and analyzing Gross to Net components on monthly basis to provide insights to CH & CFH;Lead, prepare & release of various MIS reports related to business performance indicators (RoCE, LE, Budgets, Projects) of Ukraine;Participation in period closing procedures: provision calculations and postings in SAP, IFRS 16 related calculations, reporting requested information to corporate financial reporting team, intercompany reconciliation as per the agreed timelines; Financial due diligence of potential and existing distributors;Conduct pricing analysis and margin review for the products periodically and identify need for revision from legislation point of view;Review special campaign proposals, assess the feasibility, and make recommendations.Benefits:Stable official work in an international company;Medical and accident insurance;Corporate mobile phone, laptop and other work tools;Many opportunities for the realization of professional potential;Salary is negotiated according to qualifications.
