Financial analyst (revenue planning and analysis) in Nova poshta

What needs to be done:

• Form the annual budget of the company's income (volumes, weight, income in hryvnias) with details to the level of branches, networks and divisions;
• Prepare a monthly income forecast by business lines and days every day;
• Form a weekly forecast of income, volumes and indicators for each division;
• Prepare and update operational income budgets;
• Ensure the correctness of actual income data at the end of the month, make adjustments if necessary;
• Prepare analytical reports on income for management and related divisions;
• Analyze the dynamics of income, weight and number of shipments by division;
• Conduct factor analysis of budget implementation and deviations from previous periods;
• Control the correctness of the display of revenues for new products and services of the company;
• Identify deviations from target indicators, signal to managers about risks and potential losses;
• Prepare recommendations for the sales motivation system to achieve planned income indicators;
• Participate in the improvement of management accounting systems and analytical tools.

We expect from you:

• Full higher education in the field of economics, finance, applied mathematics, engineering or related fields;
• Experience as an analyst of 3 years or more (financial, business or data analyst);
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and factor analysis;
• High level of mastery of Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, work with large data sets);
• Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics and analytical methods;
• Experience in preparing analytical materials and presentations for management;
• Ability to analyze business processes and find points for improving efficiency.
