Financial Analyst (FP&A, Product Profitability) in Balistika, TOV

The Balistica company is a Ukrainian manufacturer of armor protection and military ammunition that supplies products for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and government customers.

In connection with the scaling of production, we are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for the analysis of the financial performance of the company's products and costs.

Main responsibilities

• Preparation of management reporting (P&L, costs, margin)
• Analysis of cost and profitability of products (SKU profitability)
• Analysis plan vs fact of expenses and income
• Identifying unprofitable products or sales channels
• Analysis structure of production costs
• Preparation of analytics for optimizing costs and assortment
• Working with large arrays of financial data
• Preparation of financial models and analytics for management decisions

It is important for us!

• Higher education: finance / economy / accounting / analytics

• Work experience 1-3 years in financial analytics (FP&A / management accounting)

• Experience with P&L or product profitability analysis

• Experience in cost or marginal analysis

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience with large amounts of data

• Ability to work with unstructured or incomplete data

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in manufacturing or trading companies

• Experience in analyzing the marginality of products or sales channels

• Experience in analyzing fact vs plan

• Experience in automating financial reporting

• Experience with 1C or Odoo

• Understanding budgeting and management reporting
