Financial analyst/controller in Kasta

We are looking for an experienced financial controller, whose main purpose will be: analysis of activity efficiency and control of the achievement of budget indicators of individual areas and companies of business.

Responsibilities:

• work directly with the business to improve the efficiency of financial results and performance indicators of companies and business areas;
• analysis of monthly CF, PL reports and management reports for individual companies/departments;
• verification the effectiveness of the activities of the group companies, their efficiency;
• analysis of individual expense items, formation of explanations, factor analysis of significant deviations;
• search for ways to optimize expenses by direction;
• collection of information and analysis of new projects and areas of activity of companies;
• control of receivables and payables, working capital;
• consulting and expert assistance in financial matters in various project teams;
• participation in accounting automation.

Requirements:

• work experience as a financial analyst or controller;
• knowledge of management accounting principles, practical skills in financial analysis;
• basic knowledge of IFRS and accounting;
• advanced Microsoft Excel level;
• intermediate English;
• basic knowledge of Power Query/Pivot;
• good communication skills, both verbal and written
• high analytical and organizational skills.
