In connection with the expansion of the team of the financial department, we invite a specialist to the position of "Financial analyst-controller". Duties: - proactive project - oriented systematization of the company's financial and operational activities: study and analysis of existing financial processes within the financial department, identification of risks and threats, further redesign of work processes aimed at their prevention and/or reduction of negative consequences; - creation, coordination and implementation of internal policies, documents , standards, procedures and methods of financial analysis, budgeting and management reporting (actual, operational and annual reporting) in cooperation with the CEO, financial director, as well as other key managers of the company; - development of recommendations on process optimization, implementation of effective tools and automation for improvement efficiency and accuracy of management accounting, actual reporting and annual planning; - standardization of financial metrics; - under the leadership of the financial director, writing technical specifications for the automation of management accounting and business analytics, operational interaction with contractors, acceptance of work, testing of revisions and further training of users within the company; - internal controlling of management accounting data: checking the compliance of actual management accounting data to real business transactions, internal compliance in various areas of the company's activities, control of cash balances, control of the use of budgets, inventory checks, other types of checks. What is important for us: - education - higher economic education; - experience working as an economist, analyst from 3 years; - knowledge of management accounting; - skills in using MS Excel (spreadsheets), Power Qwery, 1C and experience in their application. It will be an advantage: - skills in Power BI; - command of written and spoken English.
