We are inviting a Financial analyst (controller) to our team.Basic responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and budget compliance control.
  • Cash flow forecasting: weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • Preparation of management financial statements: P&L, CF, Balance Sheet.
  • Formation and analysis of operational reports: debtor, creditor, production.
  • Plan-fact analysis, recommendations and presentation of results to management/investors.
  • Control of the receipt of funds and management of receivables
  • Creation and maintenance of the payment calendar of a group of companies.
  • Control of balances and coordination payment schedules.
  • Preparation of document packages for credit programs.
  • Control of financing conditions: rates, covenants, security.
  • Control of accounting methodology and compliance with standards.
  • Analysis and adjustment of operations, control of compliance of business processes with the financial model.
  • Participation in automation: setting technical tasks for programmers (1C, BI, CRM).
  • Preparation of financial presentations for management/investors.

Experience requirements:

  • 3 years of experience.
  • Practical budgeting experience and treasury.
  • Formation of management reporting (P&L, CF, BS).
  • Experience in automation / setting technical tasks.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Excel/Sheets - expert level.
  • 1C: UTP
  • Financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of accounting methodology and management control.

Personal qualities:

  • Analytical, systematic, attention to details.
  • Ability to find solutions and offer alternatives.
  • Ability to work with a large amount of data and deadlines.
