Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven working experience in Audit, Accounting or Corporate Finance, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Fluent English.
  • Educational background in Mathematic, Economics, Business, Finance or similar.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
  • Experience working with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process.
  • Experience with NetSuite (or similar accounting software) would be highly valued.
  • Being super hands-on and self-driven.
  • Self-disciplined and keen on meeting deadlines.
  • Organized and detail — oriented person.
  • Mathematical thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Management Reporting and Analysis.
  • Owning the annual operating plan and department budgets.
  • Developing the financial models and forecasts that support informed decision-making.
  • Consolidating, cleaning, and preparing financial and operational data.
  • Intercompanies reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and policy improvements. Implement new processes and measures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (like sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to help them understand the financial impact of their decisions and to provide them with analytical support.
  • Preparing data for any ad hoc analysis executives may need.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
  • Presentation software experience.
  • Multi-currency experience, hedging.
  • SQL.
  • Experience in projects related to travel services (booking tickets, hotels, and tours).
  • Confluence and Jira.
  • Python.
