How we see our future candidate: He has a higher economic education in the specialties "Accounting and Audit", "Finance", "Management", "Enterprise Economics", "International Economy"; Work experience of 1 year or more in auditing, consulting (transaction advisory / forensic services) or any related field; Confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Knows methods of financial analysis, principles of construction of basic forms of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit and Loss, Statement of Cash Flow, Statement of Changes in Capital); Has basic knowledge of national accounting regulations (standards), international financial reporting standards (IFRS); Knowledge of the basics of audit theory; Sociable, ready to work in a team; Is able to set priorities correctly and has time management skills; Purposeful and committed to continuous development; He knows English at the Intermediate level and above. What will be the main duties: Participation in the transformation of financial reporting according to IFRS; Verification and analysis of financial statements (including consolidated) for compliance with IFRS, national standards; Preparation of projects of analytical reports as part of the support of merger and acquisition agreements (due diligence); Preparation of reports on sustainable development, development of ESG strategies and policies for enterprises; Participation in fraud investigation projects, compliance checks; Development of financial models for business; Preparation of business plans for clients; Providing advice on improving clients' business processes; Conducting research and preparing analytical market reviews; Analysis and processing of primary documentation.
