A year ago, we started R&D, where 4 small but strong teams are already working on new products.

Tasks of the leader:

— Actively work with C-Level and the leadership team;

— Build an effective analytical process for finding new niches to launch our R&D;

— Actively accept learning while working with the existing product portfolio (analysis of unit economics, search for growth areas and optimization of business processes);

—Maintain and analyze the financial model of our products and the entire business;

— Help the C-Level team with strategic projects;

—Build a business development strategy.

— We are looking for an ambitious leader, ready to give 125% to achieve top results;

— You will drive the business, so we expect business orientation and willingness to take responsibility and make daily decisions;

- In this role, you will be able to express yourself as much as possible and have a long-term decisive influence on the development of the business.
