We are seeking a driven and ambitious entry-level Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Financial team.

 

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making processes through budgeting, forecasting, maintaining financial statements, and actively collaborating with financial institutions and counterparties internationally.

 

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with financial institutions and counterparties in Ukraine and other international locations where our representative offices are situated.

- Summarize the company's financial statements in accordance with Ukrainian and international standards (IFRS, GAAP).

- Maintain accurate reporting and establish effective cooperation with accountants and partners in foreign countries.

- Participate directly in the budgeting process, collaborating with other departments within the company to support and advise in the formation of their budgets.

- Analyze legislation and financial conditions for the company's activities in new regions.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in finance.

- Proficiency in financial reporting fundamentals (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow reporting).

- Understanding of financial processes and company flows.

- Solid knowledge of Ukrainian corporate financial law and risk management practices (knowledge of Polish, Estonian, and/or US law is a plus).

- Eagerness to gain experience and knowledge in corporate budgeting, planning, and forecasting.

- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on achieving specific goals.

- Ability to research and absorb large amounts of new information.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

 

As a plus:

- Initiated financial qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CIMA, BIDA).
