Financial Analyst in Noltic

Job Description

Noltic is growing and expanding into new markets. It leads us to the development of administrative functions such as legal and finance to manage our units across the EU, currently in Estonia and Poland. We are looking for an ambitious entry-level Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Financial team.

The main responsibilities of the Financial Analyst will include supporting operational and strategic decision-making processes through budgeting, forecasting, maintaining financial statements, and actively collaborating with financial institutions and counterparties outside Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

- cooperation with banks and other counterparties in Ukraine and other countries where our representative offices are located;

- summarize the company's financial statements under Ukrainian and international standards (IFRS, GAAP);

- maintaining appropriate reporting and establishing effective cooperation with accountants and other partners in foreign countries;

- direct participation in the budgeting process, collaboration with other departments within the company, support, and consulting in the formation of their budgets;

- analysis of legislation and financial conditions for the company's activities in new regions.

Requirements

- education in the field of finance is compulsory;

- experience as a Financial Analyst or Internship in the direction of corporate finance will be a plus;

- understanding of financial processes and flows of companies;

- desire to gain experience and knowledge in corporate budgeting, planning and forecasting;

- upper-intermediate or higher level of English;

- good organizational and analytical skills focus on achieving specific goals;

- ability to research and absorb large amounts of new information;

good negotiation and communication skills.
