Netpeak Core Financial Team looking for Financial analyst , which will accompany Core and a couple of other businesses in the direction of finance (analysis, budgeting, financial reporting).

Hard skills :

1. Experience in the position of financial analyst / manager (in multidisciplinary companies, in groups of companies) from 5 years.
2. Deep knowledge in the field of financial analysis, modeling and forecasting.
3. Practical experience of compiling a complete set of financial statements and understanding the structure of the main formats and indicators of financial statements.
4. Knowledge of budgeting and cost control methods.
5. Professional user of Excel (preferably Google Sheet), advanced knowledge (complex formulas, financial analysis, financial modeling, construction of boards).
6. Practical experience in creating analytical reports and infographics based on a large amount of data.
7. Knowledge of English - Intermediate (understanding of key financial terms).

Will be a plus:

1. Understanding of the main financial flows of IT businesses, SaaS, mobile App and key indicators (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV).
2. Experience with databases and analytical tools (eg SQL, Power BI).
3. Experience in building large-scale projects (implementing accounting, writing accounting policy, etc.).

The team expects from you:

1. Carrying out financial and budget control - approving requests for expenses in the corporate IT-enterprise system, approval of new deals and financial flows.
2. Formation of monthly management reporting - preparation of a complete set of financial reporting (Cash flow, P&L, Balance) for the business as a whole and separately for units/projects, implementation of cost allocation by units.
3. Analytical support to the CEO and management - conducting additional data analysis and calculations, operational reports at the request of the CEO, as well as providing recommendations to help make sound and strategic financial decisions.
4. Budgeting and planning - assisting the CEO in formulating budgets, collecting, analyzing and justifying deviations. Participation in the preparation of business plans and investment projects, assessment of their financial feasibility.
5. Participation in internal team projects - PnL, budgeting module, BI reports, etc.
