We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead regular business performance reviews of the group’s business assets and report key findings for senior management;
• Analyze financial and operational data and create financial models for decision support;
• Support the overall management of the investment programs;
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps;
• Create financial models to evaluate investment opportunities;
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.

Essential professional experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics, or related field;
• Strong corporate finance or investment background is required — 2+ years of experience;
• Big4, Big3, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE background is advantage;
• Proven knowledge of financial modeling, corporate finance and data analysis;
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities;
• Proficiency with spreadsheets. BI or statistical data analysis tools are advantage;
• Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to work for a dynamic and successful organization;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently;
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills;
• Knowledge of English and Ukrainian/Russian languages is mandatory.

• Identify opportunities to improve work efficiency in the organization.

Required professional experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics or related fields;
• Strong experience in corporate finance or investment - 2+ years of experience;
• Experience in Big4, Big3, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE is an advantage;
• Proven knowledge of financial modeling, corporate finance and data analysis;
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
• Ability to work with spreadsheets. Knowledge of BI or statistical data analysis tools is a plus;

• Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills;
• Knowledge of English and Ukrainian/Russian languages ​​is mandatory.
