ENESTECH engages a full in-house team for development, support, sales, and marketing of SENET. It’s an international crew that speaks 7 languages and knows everything about computer games.

Our company cherishes its Ukrainian origin and does not sell SENET to gaming cafes in Russia and Belarus. We also take active part in volunteering and support the Ukrainian Army in its fighting against Russian invasion.

About the role:

We are looking for a driven Financial analyst to join our Financial Departament.

NEW BUDDY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Deep-dive analysis of Company’s financial performance results (marketing, sales, client base analytics including).

● Participation in preparation of monthly and YTD actual reports.

● Potential work over group requests (preparation of financial templates and forms).

● Support of regular and ad-hoc data requests from management and other functions.

● Support over annual audit activities (check of invoices sequence, etc).

● Potential payment processing and controlling.

● Assistance in preparation \ aggregation of financial documents (invoices \ acts of services rendered \ agreements).

NEW BUDDY REQUIREMENTS:

● BS/MS degree in Finance, Economics, and other related fields.

● 3+ years of relevant experience.

● Experienced user of Excel and Power Point.

● Working level of English, both written and verbal.

KEY EXPECTATIONS ON PROBATION:

● Take care in different analytics both monetary and non-monetary.

● Take care of Enestech payments processing (potential and partial).

● Onboarding with group finance team collaboration (potential).

● Participation in Enestech month-end closing process, be able to gather actuals data and assure its accuracy (with reasonable level of assurance).

● Be able to perform analysis and gather recommendations re sales \ marketing key metrics and results.

● Control over accuracy of sales motivation system calculations.

● Deep penetration in SaaS financing function.

Responsibilities of the new team member:

— Deep analysis of the company's financial results (including marketing, sales, customer base analytics).
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.
—Working on group requests is possible (preparation of financial templates and forms).
- Support regular and ad hoc requests from management and other functions.
- Support in the annual audit (checking the sequence of accounts, etc.).
- Payment processing and control is possible.
— Assistance in the preparation and compilation of financial documents (invoices, acts of completed works, agreements).

Requirements for a new team member:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, economics or other related disciplines.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working level of English, both written and spoken.

Main expectations during the probationary period:

- Analysis of various indicators, both financial and non-financial.
— ENESTECH payment processing and control (potentially and partially).
- Cooperation with the financial team of the group.
- Participating in the ENESTECH month-end closing process, collecting factual data and ensuring its accuracy (to a reasonable level).
—Perform analysis and make recommendations on key sales and marketing metrics.
— Control over the accuracy of sales motivation system calculations.
— Deep understanding of SaaS financing functions.
