Financial analyst in Tekaflor Group

What to do:

• prepare management reporting:P&L, Cash Flow, plan-fact analysis
• analyze the dynamics of sales, payments, debts and key financial indicators
• form and control the company budget across directions (retail, online, B2B)
• maintain and update the payment calendar
• prepare a register of payments and coordinate them with the manager
• check invoices/contracts for compliance with the budget
• form payment requests (BAS)
• monitor the flow of funds and timeliness of payments
• analyze expenses and initiate decisions on their optimization
• prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management
• interact with procurement, managers and accounting

What is important to us:

• experience in financial analytics from 2-3 years
• understanding of P&L, Cash Flow and budgeting
• confident command of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
• systematic, attention to details and strong analytical thinking
• experience in retail / distribution will be an advantage
• higher education (finance, economics, mathematics or related)

Will be a plus:

• experience working with BAS
• experience building management reporting "with zero"
• understanding of the specifics of e-commerce or B2B
