FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Analysis of costs and key financial indicators of the company.
• Control of budget execution (OPEX, CAPEX), analysis of deviations and preparation of management reports.
• Formation of management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance) and analytical materials for management.
• Participation in the budget process: annual planning, forecasting, rolling forecast.
• Implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls, policies and procedures. management accounting.
• Preparation of presentations on the results of the company's activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• education: higher education in economics, finance or mathematics;
• work experience of 3 years as a financial controller / financial analyst / analyst in production companies;
• practical experience in budgeting, analysis of deviations and preparation of management reporting.
• understanding of the principles of IFRS / management accounting / accounting / tax accounting.
• confident level of mastery of Excel, knowledge of Power Query is mandatory.
• experience of working with ERP (BAS).
• Power BI - experience in creating dashboards will be an advantage. 
• confident level of mastery of PowerPoint.
• personal qualities: analytical and communication skills; responsibility for the result; the ability to work with large amounts of data and meet deadlines.
