Financial Analyst in SK Industries

SK Capital is an investment company working with the current portfolio and new investment opportunities. We make decisions based on deep analytics, quality models and accurate market understanding. Therefore, we are strengthening the team with an investment analyst who will help strengthen our analytical foundation and provide operational support for investment deals.

Main responsibilities

Analytics and research

• Analysis of the market, competitors and industry trends.
• Collection and processing of information from open, commercial and industry sources.
• Verification. data at enterprises.

Financial modeling and evaluation

• Building financial models of various levels of complexity.
• Analysis of financial statements and key indicators.
• Formation of internal management analytics.

Preparation of materials

• Formation of investment proposals, analytical notes and presentations.
• Preparation of materials for investors and internal meetings.

Support of investment agreements

• Participation in the Due Diligence process.
• Coordination of the collection of documents and information.
• Analytical support of deals at all stages.

Requirements for the candidate

Hard Skills

• Higher economic or mathematical education.
• Experience working with data: collection, verification, cleaning, grouping, analysis.
• Experience in building financial models.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting and the basics of tax legislation.
• Any level of English is not critical.

Conditions

• Trial period: 2 months.
• Number of projects: up to 6 active/potential + internal reporting.
