Financial analyst in Centr Grupp

CENTER GROUP group of companies is a large holding that specializes in agribusiness, rental business and production of "green" electricity.

We are looking for our team Financial analyst

From the candidate we expect:

• Experience in the field of financial analysis, budgeting and preparation of actual management reporting 3 years.
• Knowledge of PSBO, basic knowledge of tax legislation, experience with BAS (1C), good knowledge of Excel (consolidated tables, formulas).
• Knowledge of methods and practical experience of basic financial reporting: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement.
• Personal qualities: responsibility, commitment, time management, ability to build communications, argue one's own position.

Responsibilities:

• Formation and refinement, as needed, of budget forms PL, CF, Balance (on the basis of existing ones).
• Planning annual budgets of PL, CF, Balance for all projects: including preparation of requests to heads of CFV, collection, verification, analysis and consolidation of received information, preparation of comments on all budget articles.
• Operative adjustment of annual budgets, taking into account the actual results of the companies' activities during the year. Provision of forecasts of budget implementation during the current reporting month, for prompt decision-making.
• Checking and analysis of actual management reporting PL, CF, Balance based on the database of management and accounting.
• Plan-factual and factor analysis of deviations for all items of actual reporting compared to approved budgets.
• Concurrence of budget implementation and analysis of deviations with managers TSFV.
• Writing comments on all articles about the reasons for non-fulfillment/over-fulfillment of the budget.
• Checking the availability of contracts, control of the availability of primary documents in the accounting department and the timely execution of expenses.
• Conducting additional analysis, preparing transcripts and periodic reports and at the request of management.
• Working in the BAS program, entering and checking budgets entered into the program, analyzing actual data in the program during the verification and analysis of actual management reporting.
• Management of investments by projects: accounting, monitoring of implementation, analysis of results.
• Monthly plan-fact analysis of all projects of payback terms, IRR/NPV of projects.
