Requirements:

• Full higher education;
• Experience in a similar position from 5 years;
• Professional user of 1C, Excel, Power BI programs;
• Working with large volumes of data;
• Resistance to stress, attentiveness, interest in work.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of real estate construction costs:
• plan-fact analysis;
• comparison of data between objects;
• detection of deviations and their causes;
• providing recommendations on cost optimization.
• Cost analysis renovations (plan-fact analysis).
• Analysis of the conformity of acts of the KB2B form to the estimates.
• Analysis of the profitability of rental objects (income, expenses).
• Sale of real estate objects
• analysis of completeness of data (area, quantity - comparison with plans, catalogs);
• analysis of sales, balances.
• Receivables and creditors debt.
• Control over the conclusion of contracts.
• Control of payment costs.
• Management reporting.
• Checking the financial and economic activity of enterprises.
