Financial analyst in CUM Kiyiv

We invite a financial specialist / analyst to join the team, who will provide high-quality financial support for business processes, accuracy of accounting and revenue analytics, and also participate in planning and forecasting financial results.

Your main tasks:

• maintenance and updating of financial contracts in the ERP system in accordance with the terms of contracts

• financial accruals under contracts (revenues, accompanying payments, commissions, etc.)

• formation of accounts and control of the correctness of financial transactions

• preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports by areas activities

• control of the completeness and relevance of financial documentation (contracts, additional agreements, acts)

• monitoring of document flow and ensuring timely approval and signing of documents

• financial analytics in terms of business directions, partners, locations and cooperation formats

• participation in budgeting, financial planning and forecasting of income

• preparation of analytical materials for management decisions.

We expect:

• experience working with ERP systems (BAS ERP, 1C or similar)

• understanding of basic financial processes: accrual of income, accounting of payments, contractual financial logic

• attention to details, analytical thinking, ability to work with large data sets

• confident command of Excel

• structurality, responsibility, ability to work in a team and for results.
