We invite to our team a Financial analyst

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher professional education
• A confident user of Excel, 1-C 8
• Knowledge of the principles of management reporting
• Has work experience in trading or manufacturing companies with foreign trade activities or auditing companies.
• A person with good communication skills and a positive and energetic outlook on life, focused on results;
• Loves his profession and has a desire to improve professionally.
• Knowledge of English and Polish is not necessary, but will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Formation of the monthly and weekly Cash Flow plan for the group companies.
• Consolidation of reporting, analysis of the causes of deviations.
• Control of the execution of payment plans.
• Control of timely payments and reconciliation of payments with suppliers (in including intra-group).
• Formation of reports on receivables.
• Formation of primary data for management accounting in the part of operations conducted by the finance department.
• Distribution of credit notes between group companies and reflection in internal management accounting.
• Analysis of management financial statements of group companies, participation in the development of recommendations regarding improvement of financial indicators.
• Participation in the preparation of management financial reports of group companies.
• Organization of the exchange of documents with the outsourced accounting department of the Cyprus division.
• Control of markups for intra-group operations.
• Participation in setting up processes and directories in 1C.
• Participation in development and implementation improvement of business processes.
• Constant communication with financiers, accounting, procurement and managers of companies in different countries.
