We are inviting a Financial Analyst to join our stellar team.

Our expectations from you:

• Advanced level. Macros, pivot tables, working with large data sets.
• Power Query - intermediate level. Understanding the principles of how formulas work. Writing complex formulas using ChatGPT and Google.
• SQL - Intermediate. Independent writing of queries and sub-queries, creation of own tables in DWH (data warehouse).
• Understanding the essence of the loan portfolio and its main metrics.
• Knowledge of how cost accounting is formed by CFO (financial responsibility centers). Understanding what operating income is.
• Understanding the main CFOs in a financial company, their goals and performance indicators.
• Knowledge of how PL (Profit and Loss Statement), BS (Balance Sheet), CF (Cash Flow Statement) reports are formed.
• Basic knowledge 1C. It is not necessary, but it is desirable to understand the basics of working with this software.

Responsibilities:

• Managing several analytical reports on key performance indicators.
• Checking correctness calculation of motivation and correctness of calculations with key service providers.
• Preparation of reports on efficiency and costs in the section of divisions.
• Participation in annual, quarterly and monthly planning of the company's work with further plan/fact analysis of deviations from the plan.
• Cooperation with related departments on one-time tasks in the format "what, if?".
