What you will do:
Collaborate with teams to improve business processes - collect and analyze data to reduce errors and increase efficiency operations.
Create and maintain financial models for current and future business initiatives.
Conduct plan-versus-fact analysis to assess business performance.
Interact with product teams and management to align future financial strategies.
Participate in the month-end closing process and assist in the preparation of financial and management reports.
Do analytics and management accounting to evaluate team performance.
Calculate and analyze key business indicators to track performance dynamics.
What you need to join:
1-2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar roles.
In-depth understanding of financial principles, modeling and analytics.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Developed communication and interpersonal skills skills.
High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
