Key tasks:

• Organization of the data collection system from Financial Responsibility Centers and Project Managers;
• Analysis of financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss statement);
• Evaluation of financial indicators, such as profitability, liquidity and turnover;
• Development of proposals for improving efficiency;
• Participation in the development of Project and Company budgets in as a whole;
• Monitoring and analysis of the execution of budgets of Projects and the Company as a whole;
• Preparation of forecasts of financial results based on market analysis and internal indicators;
• Forecasting of income and expenses , analysis of financial indicators;
• Preparation of analytical reports for management and divisions;
• Presentation of financial data and conclusions to management;
• Implementation and monitoring of financial processes and controls to ensure data accuracy;
• Participation in improving accounting systems.

Requirements:

• Similar work experience of 2 years or more;
• Experience in the construction industry and/or with large long-term projects (preferred);
• Knowledge principles of budgeting;
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis methods;
• Knowledge in the field of project management;
• Knowledge of the principles of building financial and accounting accounting;
• Advanced user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of Power BI.
