Job duties:

Accounting and reporting:

• Participation in the preparation of consolidated financial and management reporting in accordance with IFRS;
• Quality control of accounting and management accounting;
• Formation of all necessary detailed forms for the audit of financial reporting in BIG4.

Budgeting and planning:

• Participation in the preparation of consolidated and individual budgets of companies;
• Preparation of forecast models of costs for the purposes of the Budget and the S&OP process
• Preparation of forecast models of tax planning, planning CF and CAPEX for a depth of 1-5 years.

Decision support:

• Calculation of the payback of operational and investment projects;
• In-depth analysis of the structure of production costs and commercial costs in the cross-section of products;
• Preparation of detailed reports and tools for users inside the company.

Optimization and automation:

• Automation of the preparation of management reporting in the accounting system;
• Description and optimization of the company's business processes;
• Formation of requirements, setting tasks and monitoring the performance of programmers when forming internal analytical tools - OLAP cubes.

Skills required for this position:

• Skills for working with large amounts of data in Excel;
• Knowledge of basic accounting transactions;
• Ability to work with financial statements.

Personal qualities:

• good communication skills.

Experience is welcome but not required critical.
