Financial Analyst in Swapple

??We are looking for a responsible and goal-oriented Financial Analyst.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Manager, or Business Analyst
• Experience working in banks will be an advantage
• Proficiency in financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Experience in B2B services
• Knowledge of financial analytics and important indicators for evaluating business performance
• Analytical thinking is a must
• Detail-oriented, active listening, effective communication, independence, and autonomy in processes
• English level: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

• Planning an important financial indicators
• Creating of financial budgets, reports, and models (PnL, CashFlow)
• Costs optimization and creation of calculators to assess profitability
• Make conclusions and proposals for the company’s financial activities and maintain their implementation
• Compiling and controlling the balance sheet
• Evaluate business unit performance
• Assess financial risks and propose risk-mitigation strategies
• Compile profitability reports and calculate project margins.
