Netpeak Core, namely the Finance Team, is looking for Financial Analyst, who will cover the full financial compliance of one of the most promising businesses of the Kiss My Apps Group.
Kiss My Apps is a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in the development of mobile first products.
In the last year, the total MRR of the products included in Kiss My Apps has grown 6 times, now our products attract up to 1.6M new users every month, and the total audience is already more than 35M users.
Our portfolio includes more than 30 mobile and web products of various categories: Astrology, Utilities, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, and others.
Professional knowledge and skills:
- experience as a financial analyst/manager (in multidisciplinary companies, in groups of companies) from 5 years.
- in-depth knowledge in the field of financial analysis, modeling and forecasting.
- practical experience of compiling a complete set of financial statements and
- understanding the structure of the main formats and indicators of financial reporting.
- knowledge of budgeting and control methods expenses.
- professional user of Excel (preferably Google Sheet), advanced knowledge (complex formulas, financial analysis, financial modeling, construction of boards).
- practical experience of creating analytical reports and infographics based on a large volume data.
- knowledge of the English language – Intermediate (understanding of key financial terms).
Will be a plus:
- understanding of the main financial flows of IT businesses, SaaS, mobile App and key indicators (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV).
- experience with databases and analytical tools (eg SQL, Power BI) .
Functional duties:
Conducting financial and budget control:
- approval of requests for expenses in the corporate IT-enterprise system
- approval of new agreements and financial flows;
Formation of monthly management reporting:
- preparation of a complete set of financial statements (Cash flow, internal P&L, Balance) for the business as a whole and separately for units,
- implementation of cost distribution by units;
Analytical support for the CEO and management:
- conducting additional data analysis and calculations, operational reports at the request of the CEO, providing recommendations to help make informed and strategic financial decisions,
- participation in boards and strategic sessions,
- assisting the CEO/COO in the formation of budgets, collection, analysis and justification of deviations.
- participation in the preparation of business plans and investment projects, assessment of their financial feasibility.
Web Revenue Management:
- web revenue comparison and forecasting, PayPal revenue synchronization with P&L and CF (display of turnovers and refunds),
- tracking of groups of transactions (batches) that come from different merchant identification numbers (MIDs) and comparing them with processes.
Participation in infrastructure service construction:
- support and implementation of group infrastructural services (legal, HR, financial, payment) between units and the company as a whole on a paid basis and integration of these services into financial reporting and company policy.
