Financial analyst in Netpeak Group

Netpeak Core Finance Team is looking for a Financial analyst to support Core and more a couple of businesses in the direction of finance (analysis, budgeting, financial reporting).

Your skills:

Hard skills:

1. Experience in the position of financial analyst / manager (in multidisciplinary companies, in groups of companies) from 5 years.
2. In-depth knowledge in the field of financial analysis, modeling and forecasting.
3. Practical experience of compiling a complete set financial reporting and understanding the structure of the main formats and indicators of financial reporting.
4. Knowledge of budgeting methods and cost control.
5. Professional user of Excel (preferably Google Sheet), advanced knowledge (complex formulas, financial analysis , financial modeling, building boards).
6. Practical experience in creating analytical reports and infographics based on a large amount of data.
7. Knowledge of the English language – Intermediate (understanding of key financial terms).< /li>

Will be a plus:

1. Understanding the main financial flows of IT businesses, SaaS, mobile App and key indicators (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV).
2. Experience with databases and analytical tools (for example SQL, Power BI).
3. Experience in building large-scale projects (implementation of accounting , writing accounting policies, etc.).

The team is waiting from you:

1. Financial and budgetary control — approval of requests for expenses in the corporate IT-enterprise system, approval of new agreements and financial flows.
2. Formation of monthly management reporting — preparation of a full set of financial statements (Cash flow, P&L, Balance) for the business as a whole and separately for units/projects, performance of cost allocation by units.
3. Analytical support for the CEO and management — conducting additional data analysis and calculations, operational reports at the request of the CEO, as well as providing recommendations to help make sound and strategic financial decisions.
4. Budgeting and planning - assisting the CEO in the formation of budgets, collection, analysis and justification of deviations. Participation in the preparation of business plans and investment projects, assessment of their financial feasibility.
5. Participation in internal team projects - PnL, budgeting module, BI reports, etc.
