We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be involved in maintaining financial processes, providing analytical support and department budget controls to the company. Superpowers you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• 2+ years of work experience in a similar position.

• Deep knowledge of GSuite or/and MS Office, including work with formulas

• English – starting from upper-intermediate level.

• Knowledge of principles of operational accounting, financial management and budgeting.

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

Deal with Annual Budgeting, specifically:

• Prepare templates for all departments for their input.

• Support all departments during the budget process.

• Prepare standard costs normative for the whole company.

• Assist with budget rent calculations and discrepancies.

• Prepare and consolidate budget reports for departments.

• Ensure alignment with other finance teams to enable effective usage of budget data within other business processes.

• Provide additional support to the FP&A team as needed on budget-related tasks.

Deal with Variance Analysis of Budget:

• Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with the agreed budget.

• Conduct detailed analysis of deviations to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual expenditures.

• Provide observations and recommendations for corrective action if current expenditures exceed the budget.

• Propose cost-saving opportunities when necessary.

Rolling Forecast:

• Assist the Heads of Corporate Functions in filling in forecast data.

• Update forecasts based on changes in business conditions and actual results.

• Analyse trends to improve forecasting accuracy.

• Provide comments to top management on the changes in corporate functions forecasts.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Assist in developing financial reports for senior management to assist in strategic decision making.

• Analyse financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance and provide strategic recommendations.

• Create ad-hoc reports as required by various stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement financial process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the first point of contact for all Heads of Corporate Functions regarding financial inquiries.

• Facilitate effective communication between the finance department and other corporate functions to ensure clarity and compliance on financial issues and processes.

Training and Development:

• Conducting training sessions for Heads of Corporate Functions and other staff on budgeting processes when necessary.

• Staying abreast of the latest trends in financial analysis and planning to provide the most up-to-date advice and analysis.

• Offer savings opportunities if needed.

Working with progressive forecasting:

• Helping managers of corporate functions in filling in forecast data.

• Update forecasts based on changes in business conditions and actual results.

• Analyze trends to subshields forecast accuracy.

• Provide comments to senior management regarding changes in corporate functions.

Financial reporting and analysis:

• Assist in the development of financial reports for senior management strategic decisions.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance and provide strategic recommendations.

• Create special reports according to the requirements of various stakeholders.

Process improvements:

• Identify and implement financial process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Keep in touch with stakeholders:

• Act as the first point of contact for all heads of corporate functions regarding financial inquiries.

• Promote effective communication between the finance department and other corporate units to ensure clarity and compliance of financial matters and processes.

Learning and development:

• Conduct trainings for heads of corporate functions and other personnel on budgeting processes, if necessary.

• Keep up with the latest trends in financial analysis and plan to provide the latest advice and analysis.
